FAQ

Q.  If my Bulk Box cards can’t be modified, can I design my own handouts?
A.  Certain modifications of a personalized nature are permitted, and the backs of Bulk Box™ cards are intentionally left blank for this reason. You may only personalize the offer with information specific to your own promotion (for example, logos, contact info, special event names, or how customers earn the incentive reward from your business). If you do design your own handout, the same rules apply. You must include all information about the offer exactly and only as it appears on the card, without further embellishment, including your Referral Code, Expiration Date, redemption instructions, and all printed notices.  Purchase of a Bulk Box™ is still required, and your access will still be limited to 250 single vacation offers per box.

Q. Are these vacations genuine? How can they do this?
A. Absolutely genuine. Resorts as well as marketing companies have been selling similar vacation packages for 25 years, generally selling them for much higher prices. Nearly all hotels, resorts, cruise lines, etc. have vacancies on an ongoing basis. They find that participating in Vacation Package programs is a viable form of “advertising” to bring in guests—who obviously then spend money in their bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Then they return home to tell their friends about the marvelous time they had! Complimentary trips have long been a mainstay for travel agents. Today, many savvy travelers use promotional packages such as this for all their vacations, saving thousands each year. After all, who visits an empty hotel or resort?


Q. Are there expiration dates on the various offers?

A. The first two free vacation certificates that come with your package are good for one year. All the other free vacations are good for one year after the date you mail in the voucher to activate that particular vacation. The travel discount membership cards that come with your Level 1 package can be renewed as a group for only $89.95 per year. Many regular cardholders who deal directly with the companies we represent pay from $50 to $139 a year to renew a single card!


Q. Are these associated with a Timeshare Presentation?
A.
NO! This is not a timeshare program! This program is Usually Sold Exclusively by Resort Properties for $2,500 and more to timeshare presentation participants who decide not to buy a timeshare, but still want the benefits of timeshare ownership. This is even better!


Q. Are the individual vacations and airline discount coupons transferable?
A.
YES!! Most families simply could not take advantage of all of these great vacations, so why not pick the ones you want the most and then share the rest with family and friends. The membership cards (issued in your name) are not transferable.


Q. How far in advance must we make our reservations?
A
. Plan ahead as you would for any major vacation choosing several preferred time periods. Through your club membership you will also have access to “shorter notice” trips at huge discounts for cruises, vacations and condos worldwide that are not sold out.


Q. Are there restrictions on when we can travel?
A.
Generally speaking, the package vacations will not be available during the heaviest peak season or major holidays. Most providers will ask you to submit three choices as to when you’d like to travel—and nearly always accommodate. With so many available destinations, you should be able to travel almost anytime you wish.


Q. With such great bargains, can I resell some of these individual vacations?
A.
No. These are promotional vacations and not to be individually resold. But you can give away some of the trips to others! You might even “donate” a vacation to a non-profit organization or school raffle! If you own a business, reward your best employees! Or use some of the vacations as incentives to increase sales of big-ticket items.

This information is used solely by TSO JourneyRite for administration and account maintenance, and to inform you about products and services that might be of interest to you, or that you have requested. If you place an order with us, we collect the Personal Information that you provide to us, such as your shipping, billing and payment information. This information is used to do internal research about your interests and to help us understand and better serve you; it is used to inform you about products and services that might be of interest to you, or that you have requested; it is used to operate our business and to fulfill your order. If at any time you wish to opt out of receiving emails from TSO Marketing or from JourneyRite Travel, or from TSO JourneyRite about products and services that may be of interest to you, you may do so by simply indicating this preference by replying to our email with “remove” in the subject line. You may also request to be added to our Do-Not-E-Mail list, Do-Not-Call list, and/or our Do-Not-Mail list by writing to the address above and indicating your preferences. In order to carry out certain business functions, such as payment processing and order fulfillment, we are affiliated with other companies who perform some services on our behalf. We may disclose Personal Information that we collect about you to these companies to enable them to perform these services. In addition, we may share the Personal Information we collect with other companies with whom we have contracted marketing arrangements. We may also disclose information, including Personal Information, we collect about you in other circumstances as required or permitted by law. In addition, while you are visiting or using the Website, you may be presented with an opportunity to purchase third party products or services. We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Returns & Cancellations
TSO JourneyRite is a connecting point between the consumer and products and services offered and supplied by independent companies not owned or operated by TSO JourneyRite. Since they are the providers, the general rule is that returns and refunds are not available for processing through TSO JourneyRite. Full Memberships are permanent, and cannot be retracted once established with all vendors involved. A credit may be issued on Full Membership orders only when cancelled prior to the payment of any final installment. Subscriptions, including the Bulk Box™ do not occur on a pro-ratable, recurring charge basis, but are sold as single units, and are not returnable or refundable once active. Subscriptions may be refundable if the order is cancelled before a subscriber ID is issued and if no accompanying vacation order has already been forwarded for ultimate vendor fulfillment. Bulk Box™ orders may be refundable if the order is cancelled before card printing instructions have been executed.

Shipment Delivery
In most cases, Full Membership Packages, Vacation Certificates, Donor Incentive cards, Bulk Box™ cards and Raffle Tickets, will all be shipped to you directly from shipping centers of the providing Vendors, and shipping speed will vary depending on the item being shipped. Full Memberships and Vacation Certificates generally should arrive in approx 10-14 days. Printed Cards may arrive as quickly as 5-7 days, and Raffle Tickets can be rushed to you in 1-3 days if necessary. (With our Raffle Program, for safest pre-planning, contact TSO JourneyRite at least two weeks before you wish to begin your fund raiser.) Other purchases, such as the purchase of a Subscriber ID Number, require no shipping, only an email address. We attempt to process order fulfillment as promptly as possible in all cases, and your shipments may arrive sooner than the stated time. Understand, however, that we are not able to guarantee any shipping dates, and that if there is a special urgency or delivery requirement on your order, you should notify us immediately.

Bulk Box Promotions
TSO JourneyRite provides distributable cards for your promotional use, displaying your ID, Name and the Expiration date of your order. We do not provide any further customization to Bulk Box™ cards, and will only honor the offer printed on the cards at the time of shipment. The back of the card is blank, and may be used for logos, contact information, or for identifying special events or specific promotions to which the Bulk Box cards may be tied (for instance, a connected Holiday Sale, or your required stipulations for receiving a card, etc.). The language of the specific vacation offer may not be altered, expanded or otherwise modified in any way. These terms apply equally to any additional advertising you may produce in connection with the promotion or other exploitation of your Bulk Box™ purchase or the offer thereby subscribed to. By purchasing any Bulk Box™ product, you agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, and release and hold harmless TSO Marketing, JourneyRite Travel, and TSO JourneyRite (“TSO JourneyRite”) from any liability resulting from the misrepresentation of any products, services, or offers provided or made by TSO JourneyRite, or from the failure to abide by the terms of this Policy by you, your business or oganization, or any of its employees, members, agents or other representatives.

Raffle Program Promotions
TSO JourneyRite provides printed Raffle Tickets and Donor Incentive cards for your organization’s use with our Raffle Program. Donor Incentive cards display your designated Referral Code, and the Expiration date of the incentive offer. These items are generated and used by TSO JourneyRite for internal tracking, administrative and research purposes. No further customization to Donor Incentive cards is provided, and your use of the offer on such cards is restricted to your organization’s participation in TSO JourneyRite’s Raffle Program and to your distribution of the original cards provided to your organization by TSO JourneyRite. Provided Raffle Tickets display your Organization Name, ticket price, and the Date of your drawing. Notification made to winning entries is arranged by your organization, and further customization to Raffle Tickets may not be available when provided by TSO JourneyRite. Your organization may, however, opt to produce it’s own customized raffle tickets at its own expense. Any so-produced raffle tickets, and any additional advertising you may produce in connection with the promotion or other exploitation of your organization’s paricipation in the Raffle Program, or any description of any Prize or offer provided or made by TSO JourneyRite must use the language of the specific Prize description or of any other specific offer made available to your organization, only as provided to your organization by TSO JourneyRite.  Such language may not be altered, expanded, or otherwise modified in any way, except as may be reasonably and logically reduced under circumstances requiring such a reduction.

Through this Raffle Program, TSO JourneyRite provides only products or services for use by your organization, and does not in any way participate in any raffle contest organized by your organization.  It is the sole responsibility of your organization to organize the operation of any raffle contest, and to comply with any legal requirements thereto connected. By visiting and/or using our website at www.tsojourneyrite.com, you accept the terms contained in the Fund Raising Program Proposal therein displayed, and those of this Policy, and release and hold harmless TSO Marketing, JourneyRite Travel, and TSO JourneyRite (“TSO JourneyRite”) from any liability resulting from the misrepresentation of any products, services, or offers provided or made by TSO JourneyRite, or from the failure to abide by the terms of this Policy, by you, your business or organization, or any of its employees, members, agents or other representatives.

Auction Program Promotions
The content and makeup of standard available Auction Packages may change from time to time.  Your organization may promote, advertise or otherwise exploit items in any pertinent Auction Package (“Lots”) offered by TSO Marketing, JourneyRite Travel, or TSO JourneyRite (“TSO JourneyRite”).  Any such promoting, advertising or exploitation must only describe said Lots using the particular descriptions provided by TSO JourneyRite, without addition, alteration, expansion, or other modification, except as may be reasonably and logically reuced under circumstances requiring such a reduction.  TSO JourneyRite will provide physical representations of the Lots offered, for use in displaying such physical representations during the Auction event.  Any similarly representative displays situated around or instead of those provided by TSO JourneyRite must likewise limit any included description of the Lots only as permitted herein.  By visiting and/or using our website at www.tsojourneyrite.com, you agree to this Policy, and release and hold harmless TSO JourneyRite from any liability resulting from the misrepresentation of any products, services, or offers provided or made by TSO JourneyRite, or from the failure to abide by the terms of this Policy, by you, your business or organization, or any of its employees, members, agents or other representatives.

NOTICE: TSO JourneyRite is not a seller of travel and therefore is not licensed to sell travel. TSO JourneyRite is a direct retailer of various membership packages and a provider of subscription services and other products, services and programs, which include access to travel and travel related offers that are made and fulfilled by licensed and bonded third-party vendors.
